Developed business plan and operational processes to locate owners of unclaimed corporate stock. Directed records management and tape vault division of publicly traded mini-storage company.

Developed and implemented plan to build business records storage warehouses in existing mini-storage markets. Collaborated with consultants and in-house records manager to develop enterprise software system for bar-coded warehousing operation. Converted 500,000 boxes and 200,000 computer tapes to the system with no lost customer records. Acquired larger competitor and blended two diverse cultures and systems into an efficient operation. Profits increased from $0 on revenues of $400k to an annual rate of $750K on sales of $3 million in 18 months. Developed the concept of electronically sharing bad check data between major retailers.
